Returns and Exchanges

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

The following items CAN'T be returned or exchanged

*Custom or personalized orders

*Perishable products (like food or flowers)

*Digital downloads

*Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

PLEASE NOTE MY RETURN/EXCHANGE PLOICY BELOW:

*RETURNS: You must contact my shop at craftygrayfox@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your Order in the mail (I look at the Date it was Delivered according to the USPS Tracking) I will gladly accept Returns, for a FULL REFUND of your Purchase Price (less the Shipping you paid, since that money was used in my Shipping and Handling Cost).

*EXCHANGES: You must contact my shop at craftygrayfox@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your Order in the mail (I look at the Date it was Delivered according to the USPS Tracking). Please remember that ALL SIZES are clearly stated in each and every listing, so that you can decide before purchasing, if the Size is right for you. If you receive your Large Earrings, and decide they are too large for you, I will gladly EXCHANGE them for my Small Earrings.

The cost for Shipping the Earrings back to me if you are requesting an Exchange from Large Earrings to Small Earrings, will be up to the Customer, because the Sizes and lengths are clearly stated in each listing. I will pay for the Shipping of your Exchanged Pair back to you, but I will NOT be Adjusting or Refunding the Price of the earrings (from Large to Small), because that amount will obviously be used in the Shipping and Handling of the new pair out to you. If you feel that you should receive a small Refund for the difference in price, then you will need to defer to my "RETURN POLICY', and once the Earrings are received back to me from you, I will then refund your purchase price (less the Shipping and Handling)...and at that time you can purchase the Small Pair if you so desire.

THANK YOU for your understanding in these matters! I am happy to RETURN/EXCHANGE for every one of my customers, but I would really appreciate it if you would take the time to seriously look at and consider the color, size, and lengths (drop size) you choose before purchasing.
